W!se Ambassador Award

SUMMARY

The W!se Financial Literacy Ambassador Award is a $2,000 monetary award that will be distributed to 2 students ($1,000 each) selected based on their applications.

FUNDING

The W!se Ambassador Award is made possible through the sponsorship of Financial Literacy Outreach (FLO) Mentors, a group of W!se volunteers who are passionate about helping young people improve their knowledge of personal finance. We are truly grateful to FLO Mentors for this generous sponsorship.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

1. Scored at least a 95% (does NOT include "bonus points")
    on the W!se Financial Literacy Certification Test while

    enrolled in a high school registered in the
    Financial Literacy Certification program, and

2. Took the W!se Financial Literacy Certification Test in
    the Summer 2018, Fall 2018, or Spring 2019.

APPLICATION

To be considered students must complete an application form, and submit both a letter of recommendation and a 500-word essay response to two provided writing prompts.

The application postmark deadline is July 12, 2019.
